Bowmark-backed Totalmobile acquires Gartan Technologies with support from GCS

Its market-leading software helps emergency services optimise workforce planning, improve resource allocation and ensure critical response times.

The acquisition strengthens Totalmobile’s position as a leading provider of field service management software and enhances its platform capabilities across the emergency services sector. The combined offering will enable customers to benefit from deeper rostering expertise, broader international coverage, and an expanded suite of mission-critical workforce management solutions.

This latest project continues GCS’s long-standing partnership with Totalmobile, having supported the business on multiple acquisitions since its Horizon Capital-backed phase and continuing through its accelerated growth under Bowmark ownership.

The GCS team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton and Clodagh McNamee, working alongside Phil Race (CEO, Totalmobile), Malachi Eastwood (CEO, Gartan Technologies) and the wider teams at Totalmobile and Bowmark Capital.
