We supported NVM Private Equity and Pareto Facilities Management across two phases: first by helping management articulate a clear, data-backed equity story ahead of a sale process, and subsequently by delivering Vendor Commercial Due Diligence for the successful transaction with Pictet Alternative Advisors.
