Pagabo Group
We delivered Commercial Due Diligence to support LDC’s investment in Pagabo Group, a leading procurement and technology business serving public and private organisations across the built environment.
This was our second engagement with Pagabo, following our previous CDD for Maven at the point of its original investment, giving us a long-term view of the company’s evolution, performance, and competitive position.

What we did
We focused our analysis on the core questions investors face in a scaled procurement and digital services platform:
Quantified the Group’s addressable markets across procurement, construction management, and related digital workflows
Assessed Pagabo’s competitive positioning, differentiation, and technology-led strengths
Analysed customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion potential
Evaluated the sustainability of growth and the repeatability of the underlying revenue model
