CBPE and LDC-backed FSP acquires data consultancy Intuita Consulting with support from GCS

GCS is pleased to have supported FSP on its acquisition of Intuita Consulting, a specialist data consultancy, providing customer referencing as part of the commercial due diligence process.
FSP is a high-growth enterprise transformation consultancy delivering expertise across data, AI, cyber security and cloud to large blue-chip companies and public sector organisations. Founded in 2012 and backed by CBPE Capital and LDC, the business recorded revenues of £38.5m and EBITDA of £11.5m in its latest accounts, more than tripling both metrics since FY21.
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Newbury, Intuita is a specialist data consultancy of 90 experts helping organisations maximise the value of their data. Its services span discovery, data strategy, governance, data engineering, analytics and machine learning and AI, with particular strength in modern platform delivery, complex migrations and data quality. The acquisition creates a consolidated team of approximately 140 Data and AI specialists within FSP, significantly elevating its capabilities in this area and establishing the combined group as a leading force in large-scale data and AI transformation.
Together, the combined business generates revenues in excess of £50m from day one and employs more than 450 specialists across the UK, Spain, Croatia and India. The deal forms part of FSP's long-term strategy to build a market-leading enterprise transformation consultancy with strong credentials across digital, data, cloud and cyber security in secure, regulated industries.
GCS's work focused on evaluating Intuita's capabilities across data strategy, engineering, analytics and AI through structured customer referencing, providing FSP and its investors with direct evidence of client satisfaction, delivery quality and the strength of Intuita's market reputation.
The GCS team on the transaction was led by Phil Craig and James Woolsey.
This engagement reflects GCS's expertise in technology and professional services businesses operating at the intersection of data, AI and enterprise transformation.
