Congratulations to AMS Accountants Group on securing investment from Macquarie Capital
GCS (formerly, GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Vendor Commercial Due Diligence to AMS Accountants Group on its majority investment from Macquarie Capital.
Headquartered in Manchester with offices in Leeds, London and Birmingham, AMS is an accounting and advisory firm serving a wide range of clients, from owner-managed businesses to high-growth start-ups and established mid-sized enterprises. The firm has also recently launched in Scotland, where it has already secured over £200,000 in new contracts across energy, food and drink, and other sectors.
Macquarie Capital’s investment will accelerate AMS’s buy-and-build strategy, supporting expansion across the UK and the continued development of technology-enabled advisory solutions.
GCS’s work focused on assessing AMS’s market positioning, service differentiation, and opportunities for growth, while also evaluating synergies between AMS’s core platform and potential future acquisitions.
