FPE-backed NoBlue2 acquires Oracle NetSuite partner BrightBridge Solutions with support from GCS

GCS (formerly, GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to FPE Capital on its portfolio company NoBlue2’s acquisition of BrightBridge Solutions, a leading UK Oracle NetSuite partner.

Founded in 2015, BrightBridge has grown into one of the top three Oracle NetSuite partners in EMEA and also offers significant expertise in Microsoft Dynamics and Sage systems. The business serves more than 150 enterprise customers across multiple sectors and employs 46 people.

The acquisition creates one of Europe’s largest Oracle NetSuite partners, with over 130 employees, 400+ customers, and more than £16m in revenues. The combined business strengthens NoBlue2’s position as a market leader in ERP implementation and digital transformation, broadening its technology offering and enhancing its ability to serve enterprise customers across the UK and internationally.

This mandate follows GCS’s previous support for FPE on its acquisition of NoBlue in 2023, underlining our continued role as a partner to FPE in scaling ERP software and services platforms.

GCS’s work on the BrightBridge acquisition focused on assessing BrightBridge’s market positioning, customer relationships, and technology capabilities, as well as the strategic fit with NoBlue2’s existing offering and growth ambitions.

The GCS team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton and Linda Wei, working alongside Dan Walker at FPE and the wider deal team.

This engagement continues GCS’s expertise in software and ERP services, supporting investors and management teams on buy-and-build strategies to build scale and leadership in specialist technology markets.
