GCS is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Beech Tree Private Equity on its investment in Simpson Associates, a leading UK-based data and AI services business.
Headquartered in York, with an additional office in Sheffield, Simpson Associates partners with clients across regulated industries — including financial services, healthcare, policing, higher education, and local and central government — helping them turn complex data into actionable intelligence and measurable outcomes.
Beech Tree’s investment will support Simpson Associates in accelerating its growth, expanding its capabilities in emerging technologies such as agentic AI, and pursuing strategic acquisitions to broaden its offering across new sectors and geographies.
GCS’s work focused on assessing Simpson Associates’ market positioning, client proposition, and growth outlook within the fast-evolving UK data transformation and AI services landscape.
