GCS supports ECI Partners on its investment into CMap

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided selective Commercial Due Diligence to ECI Partners on its investment in CMap, a leading professional services automation software provider for the architecture, engineering, construction and consulting sectors.

This engagement builds on GCS’s longstanding relationship with the business, having delivered the original Commercial Due Diligence for NorthEdge Capital at the time of their investment in 2020, followed by subsequent growth strategy work during NorthEdge’s ownership.

Headquartered in Manchester, CMap enables project-based organisations to improve profitability, staff utilisation, and forecasting through an integrated cloud-based platform. The business has achieved rapid growth across the UK and US, supported by strong adoption in its core AEC and consulting verticals and increasing global demand for PSA software.

ECI’s investment will support CMap’s next stage of expansion, deepening its presence within target markets, accelerating product innovation, and continuing international scale-up.

GCS’s work for ECI focused on assessing key value creation levers, market dynamics, and opportunities to enhance CMap’s commercial momentum and customer lifetime value.
