GCS supports Elysian Capital on its acquisition of SCX Special Projects

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Elysian Capital on its acquisition of SCX Special Projects, a specialist engineering company renowned for its expertise in complex lifting, materials handling, and kinetic architecture.
Headquartered in Sheffield, SCX Special Projects designs and delivers bespoke engineered systems for demanding environments, including defence, nuclear, and aerospace applications, where precision, safety, and reliability are critical. The company has also achieved global recognition for its high-profile kinetic architecture projects, including the retractable roofs at Wimbledon’s Centre Court and No.1 Court, and the fully retractable pitch at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Elysian Capital’s investment supports SCX Special Projects’ next phase of growth, enabling the business to expand internationally and capitalise on rising demand for innovative moving-structure and materials handling solutions.
GCS’s work focused on evaluating SCX Special Projects’ market positioning, customer relationships, and growth potential across both the UK and global engineering markets.
