GCS supports Farview during its equity investment in Amplience

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Farview Equity Partners on its $100 million growth investment in Amplience, a leading global commerce experience platform.

Headquartered in London and New York, Amplience enables retailers and brands to deliver richer, faster, and more flexible digital experiences through its MACH-based (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) architecture. The platform powers content, media, and product experiences for more than 400 global brands including Crate & Barrel, Coach, GAP, and The Very Group.

The investment, led by Farview and Sixth Street with participation from existing investor Octopus Ventures, will support Amplience’s continued global expansion, further development of its Dynamic Commerce Experience platform, and deeper investment in product innovation to accelerate growth across the digital commerce ecosystem.

GCS’s work focused on assessing Amplience’s market position, customer value proposition, competitive landscape, and long-term growth outlook across enterprise commerce experience technology.

The GCS team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton and James Woolsey.

“We were delighted to support Farview on this investment. Amplience sits at the intersection of content, commerce, and experience — an area of sustained growth and innovation. The business is well positioned to help global retailers and brands deliver high-performance, scalable digital experiences.”
