GCS supports FPE during its buyout of NoBlue and Elevate2

GCS (formerly, GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to FPE Capital on its buyout of NoBlue and Elevate2, two leading UK Oracle NetSuite partners.

The businesses will merge under the new name NoBlue2, creating one of the largest NetSuite solution providers in Europe.

Founded in 2011, NoBlue has become a recognised leader in Oracle NetSuite implementation and was named EMEA NetSuite Partner of the Year in 2022. Elevate2, founded in 2015, is the largest independent NetSuite partner headquartered in London and brings additional expertise in applications including Oracle Fusion, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP and Sage. Together, the combined business has significant delivery capability across ERP, CRM, PSA and Commerce projects, with customers spanning software, fintech, financial services, professional services, retail and manufacturing.

GCS’s work on the transaction focused on assessing NoBlue and Elevate2’s market positioning, client relationships, service propositions and scalability, as well as the combined group’s growth potential as a leading NetSuite solutions partner in Europe.

The GCS team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton and Linda Wei working alongside Dan Walker, Harriet Hunt, and the rest of the deal team at FPE.

“We were delighted to support FPE on the creation of NoBlue2. By combining two highly respected NetSuite partners with complementary strengths, the new group is well positioned to scale further in the UK and internationally.”
