GCS supports Invenio on its merger with SAP specialist LSI Consulting

LSI Consulting, based in the United States, is a leading SAP solutions provider to government, healthcare, utilities, and education sectors. Together, the combined business forms the premier global SAP partner for public services, with more than 1,000 employees, a unified end-to-end solutions portfolio, and a presence across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific.

The merger combines Invenio’s strength in complex tax, revenue, and industry-specific SAP solutions with LSI’s longstanding position in the North American public sector, enabling the new group to deliver greater scale, depth of expertise, and global reach. The business will continue to operate under both brands while integrating operations and leadership across markets.

GCS’s work focused on evaluating LSI’s market positioning, customer base, competitive differentiation, and the combined group’s commercial potential across global public sector digital transformation.
