GCS supports LDC during its investment in IEG4

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to LDC on its minority investment in IEG4, a leading provider of digital transformation software for the UK public sector.

Headquartered in Alderley Edge, Cheshire, IEG4 develops cloud-based solutions that enable local authorities and public sector organisations to deliver streamlined, user-friendly online services. Its technology integrates with back-office systems to simplify customer interactions, reduce inefficiencies, and improve service delivery for citizens.

The investment will support IEG4’s management team, led by Paul Tomlinson (Managing Director), as they scale the business and accelerate product development. With LDC’s backing, IEG4 plans to expand its development team and enhance its product suite to meet growing demand for digital transformation within the public sector.

GCS’s work focused on assessing IEG4’s market positioning, customer relationships, competitive differentiation, and growth opportunities within the rapidly evolving digital government services landscape.
