GCS supports Maven Capital Partners on its investment into Chorus Intelligence

GCS is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Maven Capital Partners on its £15 million investment in Chorus Intelligence, a leading provider of digital investigation software to law enforcement, government agencies and corporations.
Founded in 2011, Chorus has built a 15-year track record of developing and deploying investigation software used by public sector clients operating in complex, data-intensive environments. Its next-generation platform, the Chorus Intelligence Suite (CIS), enables multiple users to automate the processing of large and complex data sources, connect disparate structured and unstructured data points, identify suspects and criminal networks, and accelerate the collaboration of digital investigations. The platform is seeing rapid adoption across Chorus' core UK and US markets, with clients delivering measurable returns through improved case outcomes and operational efficiency gains.
Chorus operates at the intersection of data, AI and public sector technology, with strong structural tailwinds behind it. Rising digital crime and growing demand for centralised, AI-powered investigative tools are driving increasing adoption of mission-critical platforms like CIS, supporting a well-defined growth strategy that combines international expansion, continued product development and potential M&A in a fragmented market.
GCS's work focused on assessing Chorus' market positioning, competitive differentiation, growth trajectory and the strength of its digital intelligence platform, providing Maven with a clear commercial view of the business and its potential.
The GCS team on the transaction was led by Phil Craig.
This engagement reflects GCS's expertise in software businesses serving the public sector and mission-critical technology markets, and our track record of supporting Maven across its investment programme.
