GCS supports Three Hills Capital Partners on its investment in Borealis Hotel Group

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Three Hills Capital Partners (THCP) on its minority investment in Borealis Hotel Group, a leading Amsterdam-based hotel development and management company.

Founded in 1997 by Bart van de Kamp, Borealis has become one of the foremost hospitality groups in the Benelux region, partnering with major global hotel brands including Intercontinental Hotels Group, Hilton, Accor and Marriott. The Group operates and develops hotels across the Netherlands, Belgium and France, with an expanding pipeline of projects throughout Europe.

THCP’s investment will support Borealis’s continued domestic growth and international expansion, working alongside founder Bart van de Kamp, co-founder Lodewijk van der Meulen and the senior management team to deliver the next stage of the Group’s pan-European strategy.

GCS’s work focused on evaluating Borealis’s market position, growth pipeline, brand partnerships, and the outlook for the European mid-scale and upscale hotel development market.
