Horizon-backed Sabio Group acquires DVELP with support from GCS

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Sabio Group on its acquisition of DVELP, a London-based cloud software product and consultancy company specialising in customer experience (CX) automation and real-time communications.
The acquisition enhances Sabio’s position as a leading independent CX and contact centre technology provider in Europe, expanding its expertise in cloud-based solutions and AI-driven customer service innovation. DVELP brings deep capability in emerging CX technologies from Google and Twilio, having worked with major global brands including Marks & Spencer to design and deploy intelligent automation solutions.
DVELP’s flagship product, Airline, integrates Google Contact Center AI (CCAI) and Twilio APIs to enable rapid development of automated, conversational customer experiences. The technology allows clients to improve customer resolution speed, empower service agents, and streamline complex workflows.
The transaction supports Sabio’s broader strategy, backed by Horizon Capital, to deliver an integrated portfolio of advanced CX and contact centre solutions combining its own IP with leading partner technologies.
GCS’s work focused on evaluating DVELP’s technology offering, customer proposition, and market opportunity within the fast-evolving contact centre software and AI-enabled CX ecosystem.
The GCS team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton and Phil Craig.
