Horizon-backed Sabio Group acquires Salesforce partner makepositive with support from GCS

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Sabio Group on its acquisition of makepositive, a leading independent Salesforce consulting partner based in the UK.

Founded in 2003, makepositive delivers multi-cloud Salesforce implementation and managed services to enterprise clients across industries including automotive, telecoms, professional services, and healthcare. With a team of over 180 consultants and one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the Salesforce ecosystem, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering complex, multi-cloud projects with measurable impact.

The acquisition strengthens Sabio’s Human Service and Customer Engagement Centre capabilities — enhancing its ability to integrate CRM, AI, and digital channel solutions for clients seeking to transform customer and employee experience. It also deepens Sabio’s partnership with Salesforce and broadens its reach across the UK and global CX technology markets.

GCS’s work focused on assessing makepositive’s market positioning within the Salesforce ecosystem, client concentration and satisfaction, competitive differentiation, and the integration opportunities across Sabio’s existing customer engagement portfolio.
