Maven-backed ProofID acquires identity governance specialist Regatta Solutions Group with support from GCS
GCS (formerly, GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to ProofID on its acquisition of Regatta Solutions Group, a Texas-based Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) specialist and SailPoint Admiral Delivery Partner.
Headquartered in Austin, Regatta has built a strong reputation as a trusted integrator of SailPoint solutions, supporting enterprise customers across North America. The acquisition expands ProofID’s capabilities in IGA and complements its market-leading expertise in Ping Identity solutions, positioning the combined business as a leading provider of enterprise identity and access management services across Europe and North America.
With Regatta’s 35 identity specialists joining ProofID’s global team, the combined business will generate more than $32 million in annual revenue, serving over 60 enterprise customers worldwide with integrated IAM managed services. The deal also establishes a new base for ProofID in Austin, alongside its existing US presence in Colorado Springs.
This mandate continues GCS’s long-standing involvement with ProofID. GCS previously supported Maven Capital Partners with buy-side CDD on its investment in the business in 2022, and is proud to support ProofID as it executes its acquisition strategy.
