NorthEdge-backed Latus Group acquires Peritus Health Management with support from GCS

GCS (formerly, GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Latus Group on its acquisition of Peritus Health Management, a leading provider of occupational health, health surveillance, and occupational hygiene services.
Based in Brighouse, West Yorkshire, Peritus has delivered consistent growth of 20% year-on-year for the past five years and operates a fleet of 11 mobile health surveillance units. The company is widely respected for its technical expertise, strong customer relationships and high levels of service quality.
The acquisition significantly scales Latus’s capacity and geographical reach, expanding its mobile health surveillance capabilities and strengthening its fast-growing occupational hygiene practice.
GCS also advised on Latus's acquisition of Centreline Aviation Medical Services earlier this year, making Peritus the second transaction we have supported for the Group within the last 12 months.
The GCS team on the Peritus transaction was led by James Tetherton and Clodagh McNamee, working alongside Jack and Sam Latus and the wider team at Latus Group.
This latest engagement extends GCS’s work in healthcare services and occupational health, and reinforces our role in supporting investors and management teams on buy-and-build strategies across the UK regions.
