Three Hills-backed LCap acquires Confidas People with support from GCS

GCS (formerly, GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to LCap Group on its acquisition of Confidas People, the London-based specialist in Management Due Diligence.

Founded in 2017 by Bruce Douglas, Confidas People has established itself as a leading provider of team assessments, extensive referencing and management due diligence for private equity and venture capital investors. The business is widely recognised for the rigour of its work and the strength of its client relationships, making it a trusted partner in the pre-deal process.

The transaction advances LCap’s M&A strategy, further strengthening its leadership advisory and analytics platform across the investment lifecycle. Backed by Three Hills Capital Partners since 2023, LCap has grown into a leading international firm advising on leadership assessment, change and development. GCS previously supported Three Hills with CDD at the time of its initial investment in LCap, making this the second transaction we have supported in the group’s growth journey.

GCS’s work on the Confidas acquisition focused on assessing Confidas’s market positioning, reputation and complementarity with LCap’s existing capabilities.
