Founded over 30 years ago, Leonard Curtis has grown into one of the UK’s leading providers of restructuring, legal, funding, M&A advisory and business services, with more than 330 employees across 30 offices nationwide and offshore. The firm has built a trusted brand and extensive referral network, including its Lifecycle community which connects over 3,000 regional accountancy practices to advice and solutions supporting their clients throughout the business lifecycle.
The transaction marks a successful exit for SVELLA Plc and Arete Capital Partners, who invested in Leonard Curtis in 2021 and have supported the business through a period of significant growth, geographical expansion and acquisitions.
