Matt Harrison

Matt is a Director at GCS, based in the London office. He joined GCS in 2019 as an Associate. Prior to strategy consulting, Matt worked for a PropTech start-up in London.

During his time at GCS, Matt has worked in a broad range of sectors including business and professional services, technology (software and hardware), and tech-enabled services. Most recently, Matt has led on a number of deals with an 'Impact' focus or related to the Net Zero transition. Here, Matt's experience spans energy broking, batteries and energy storage solutions, fleet and vehicle optimisation, environmental consultancy, real estate ESG benchmarking and building management systems.

Matt has completed projects across buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence, as well as targeted strategy assignments (e.g. market entry, product development), customer sentiment analysis and market mapping exercises.

Matt holds a BA from the University of Oxford.
