GCS supports NorthEdge during its investment in Cezanne HR

GCS (formerly, GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to NorthEdge on its investment into Cezanne HR, a leading UK provider of flexible, cloud-based human capital management (HCM) software and payroll services.
Cezanne serves mid-size businesses in the UK and internationally, offering a comprehensive SaaS platform covering the entire employee lifecycle. With customers in more than 120 countries, the business has established a strong reputation for product quality and customer service, supporting consistent growth over recent years.
NorthEdge’s investment will enable Cezanne to accelerate its growth plans, building on its market position through continued product development, investment in people, and a sharpened focus on customer acquisition and retention.
GCS’s CDD work focused on assessing Cezanne’s market positioning, product strengths, and growth opportunities, with particular attention to customer perspectives on value, satisfaction, and long-term differentiation in the evolving HCM landscape.
This mandate builds on our longstanding relationship with NorthEdge, having previously supported the firm with CDD on other technology investments including CMap and Altia.
