GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to YFM Equity Partners on its investment in RGE Services, a leading provider of fire safety, electrical, and property compliance services to the UK public sector.

Headquartered in Essex, RGE Services has built a strong reputation over 30 years as a trusted partner to local authorities and housing associations across London and the South East. The business provides a full suite of compliance and maintenance solutions covering electrical testing, fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, door entry systems, CCTV, and safety equipment installation — all underpinned by UKAS accreditation and robust regulatory expertise.

With YFM’s backing, the management team led by Scott Craig will continue to expand the company’s operations, investing in capacity, leadership, and service innovation to meet rising demand for high-quality, compliant property maintenance across the public sector.

GCS’s work focused on assessing RGE’s customer relationships, market positioning, growth outlook, and the regulatory and operational trends shaping compliance-led property services in the UK.
