LDC-backed MSQ Partners acquires Miri Growth with support from GCS

GCS (formerly, GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to LDC-backed MSQ Partners on its acquisition of Miri Growth, a leading user acquisition and creative services agency.

Founded by Adam Turowski and Zach van Driel, Miri partners with mobile gaming and app developers to design and test creative content, running performance marketing campaigns across major digital platforms including TikTok, Meta, Google and Snapchat. With a team of over 40 specialists, the business has built deep expertise in mobile app acquisition and digital channel optimisation.

The acquisition strengthens MSQ’s creative and digital capabilities, particularly in mobile-first customer acquisition, while giving Miri access to MSQ’s global scale, data resources and international client base. For MSQ, this marks its third acquisition in 13 months, following Elmwood and Brave Spark, and reflects the group’s commitment to scaling its multi-disciplinary model.

GCS’s due diligence focused on Miri’s market positioning, client relationships, competitive landscape and growth potential within the fast-evolving mobile marketing ecosystem.

The GCS team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton and Nick Batchelor, working alongside Peter Reid (CEO, MSQ) and the wider team at MSQ.

This engagement highlights GCS’s expertise in marketing and technology services, building on our experience supporting investors and acquirers in fast-growing, digitally-led businesses.
