Totalmobile acquires Lone Worker Solutions and Global Rostering System with support from GCS

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Totalmobile on its dual acquisition of Lone Worker Solutions (LWS) and Software Enterprises (trading as Global Rostering System, or GRS).

The acquisitions strengthen Totalmobile’s position as the UK’s leading independent field service management (FSM) software provider, adding advanced lone worker protection and workforce rostering capabilities to its existing end-to-end SaaS suite. The transactions create significant scale, with the combined group achieving around 25% revenue growth and a 30% increase in annual recurring revenue.

LWS provides lone worker safety technology used by more than 70,000 field-based staff across organisations including Network Rail, Mitie, and Centrica, helping enterprises ensure compliance and employee wellbeing in high-risk or remote environments. GRS delivers feature-rich rostering software that supports over 100,000 emergency services field workers in the UK, optimising staff scheduling, time management, and workforce efficiency.

Both solutions have since been rebranded within Totalmobile’s product ecosystem—LWS as “Protect” and GRS as “Organise”—and complement existing modules such as Mobilise, Optimise, Connect, and Insight. The acquisitions form a key step in Totalmobile’s strategy to deliver the most comprehensive FSM platform serving public services, housing, facilities management, infrastructure, and transport sectors.

GCS’s work focused on assessing market opportunity, customer value drivers, and integration synergies across the lone worker safety and workforce rostering segments within the wider FSM landscape.

The GCS team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton and Matt Harrison.
