Totalmobile acquires mobile workforce management SaaS platform Geopal with support from GCS

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Totalmobile on its acquisition of GeoPal, a Dublin-based mobile workforce management software provider serving the infrastructure, utilities, environmental, and facilities management sectors.

GeoPal’s SaaS-based platform enables organisations to manage complex field operations, improve safety compliance, and drive operational efficiency through real-time data capture and analytics. Its customer base includes major players such as Kier, Babcock, and Sisk, with over 15,000 users across 200 organisations.

The acquisition strengthens Totalmobile’s end-to-end Field Service Management (FSM) suite, adding a specialised SaaS solution — rebranded as “Utilise” — designed to meet the specific requirements of infrastructure and utilities clients. The move further enhances Totalmobile’s market leadership in mobile workforce management and expands its recurring revenue base.

GCS’s work focused on evaluating GeoPal’s market position, competitive differentiation, customer satisfaction, and opportunities for cross-sell and integration within Totalmobile’s broader FSM portfolio.
