Totalmobile acquires Working Time Solutions with support from GCS

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Totalmobile on its acquisition of Working Time Solutions (WTS), a Manchester-based provider of shift planning, rostering, and workforce management software.

WTS’s SaaS-based solution enables organisations to optimise resource allocation, increase capacity, and improve productivity while supporting employee wellbeing and compliance. Its technologies are used by more than 60 organisations and 30,000 users across sectors including transport, energy, and infrastructure, with customers such as National Highways, Northern Gas Networks, and Birmingham Airport.

The acquisition adds advanced rostering and workforce management capabilities to Totalmobile’s existing Organise solution, expanding its end-to-end field service management offering across key verticals such as government, health and social care, housing, utilities, facilities management, and transport. The integration further strengthens Totalmobile’s market position and enhances its ability to help clients manage complex, dynamic workforces at scale.

GCS’s work focused on assessing WTS’s market positioning, customer relationships, technology differentiation, and opportunities for cross-sell and product integration within Totalmobile’s broader suite.
