Velociti Solutions acquires fleet asset management specialist ASC Software with support from GCS

Founded in 2000, ASC Software has built a strong reputation in fleet maintenance technology, with its flagship platform Assetminder enabling organisations to manage the complete lifecycle of vehicle servicing and maintenance. The platform provides fleet maintenance and workshop managers with real-time operational insight, comprehensive maintenance management, live cost analysis, labour optimisation and stock control, supporting organisations in improving compliance and reducing costs across their fleets.

The acquisition strengthens Velociti Solutions' position as a market-leading software provider to transport authorities and bus and rail operators worldwide, while also extending its reach into the road haulage and freight markets. ASC Software's capabilities in SaaS cloud and mobile application-based fleet maintenance are highly complementary to Velociti's existing suite of digital solutions and specialist consultancy services.

GCS provided customer referencing as part of the commercial due diligence process on the transaction.
