GCS supports Bridges on its investment into Evora Global

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to Bridges Fund Management on its majority investment in Evora Global, a leading sustainability consultancy for the global real estate investment sector.
Founded in 2011 by Chris Bennett, Ed Gabbitas and Paul Sutcliffe, Evora has grown rapidly as demand for climate risk and sustainable finance solutions has risen up the agenda for investors and corporates worldwide. With over 200 staff, the firm combines deep advisory expertise with SIERA, its proprietary software platform that captures ESG data for over 8,000 major buildings globally. Its clients include many of the world’s leading real estate investors and asset managers.
The transaction – which also includes investment from MSCI and Farview Equity Partners – will support Evora’s international expansion and further development of its SIERA platform. By combining Evora’s advisory expertise with advanced data capabilities and the market access of its new partners, the business is well placed to accelerate growth and enhance its impact in helping clients meet their net zero and sustainability goals.
GCS’s work focused on assessing Evora’s market positioning, client relationships, technology proposition, and growth opportunities in an increasingly global and regulation-driven market.
The GCS team on the transaction was led by James Tetherton and Matt Harrison, working alongside Emma Thorne and the Bridges team.
This engagement highlights GCS’s continued expertise at the intersection of professional services, technology and ESG, building on our track record of supporting both investors and management teams in sustainability-driven sectors.
