GCS supports LDC on its investment in digital agency CTI Group

GCS (formerly GRAPH Strategy) is pleased to have provided Commercial Due Diligence to LDC on its £25m minority investment in CTI Group, a Manchester-based digital agency specialising in digital transformation, marketing, and technology development.

Founded in 2003 by CEO Nick Rhind, CTI has grown into one of the UK’s leading independent digital agencies, supporting clients across sectors with integrated digital strategy, marketing, and technology services. The Group’s portfolio includes CTI Digital, Supercharged Commerce, Stardotstar, Nublue, Ixis, Worship, and Mosquito. Together, these brands employ over 175 people across Manchester and Lancaster, delivering creative and technical solutions to a growing global client base.

LDC’s investment will support CTI’s international expansion strategy, including further acquisitions, the enhancement of its digital service offering, and the establishment of new offices across the US, Europe, and Asia. The partnership also strengthens CTI’s commitment to developing global career opportunities and investing in talent through training, development, and leadership programmes.

GCS’s work focused on assessing CTI’s market positioning, customer relationships, competitive landscape, and growth potential within the fast-evolving digital transformation and marketing services sector.
